TRAINING COURSE EVALUATION Upon completion of the training course each participant can give his personal course evaluation, improvement suggestions and general comments. Your evaluation is of high value to us and will be used for the constant improvement of our training operation process. TRAINING CERTIFICATE Each course participant will receive upon completion of the training course an official numbered Wärtsilä Training Certificate which is valid for 5 years. DNV MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CERTIFICATES Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008, KSQ ISO 9001:2009 Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2004, KS I 14001:2009 Occupational Helth & Safety Management System OHSAS 18001:2007 CERTIFICATION OF INSTRUCTOR Training is conducted by Instructors, certified according IMO Model Course 6.09 (Train the Trainer) and IMO Model Course 3. 12 (Maritime Assessor Course / STCW 95) TRAINING MATERIAL Our training system, process and material is well structured and are driving the efficiency and effectiveness. Equipment for hands-on training
LODGINGPayments for hotel accommodation aresettled directly between the customerand the hotel. Upon request, ourTraining Centre can offer attractive,complete “room packages” for ourcustomers which include hotelaccommodation and breakfast. In thiscase, the Training Centre will cover thepayment initially and invoice it to the
customer after the training along withthe training fee. Any other hotelconsumables or personal expenses (e.g.minibar, dinner) are not covered in thispackage.
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATIONRegistrations are not confirmed until anotice of confirmation has beenreceived.
COURSE CANCELLATION POLICY• No cancellation fee if notification
received fourteen (14) or morecalendar days before course startingdate
• Fifty percent (50% of course price)cancelation fee if notificationreceived between fourteen (14) andseven (7) calendar days before coursestarting date
• Hundred percent (100% full courseprice) cancelation fee if non-
attendance notification received lessthan seven (7) calendar days beforecourse starting date.
• 20% of 1st night charge per roomwhen Hotel room package wasbooked over WLSA with non-attendance notification less thanseven (7) calendar days before coursestarting date.
SAFETY POLICYEach participant observes personnelsafety regulations. All safety equipmentis supplied by WLSA during the course.
