Todd OlneyARM President Transportation Risk Management Services, LLCTodd is a 1984 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. Following his military service, he brought his training in government regulatory issues to the private sector. He has served as safety manager for a company with multi-terminal locations and over 1,100 drivers, and a risk managerin the insurance industry. Through education and training, policy de-velopment and audits, he provides companies with the tools theyneed to meet and satisfy state and federal DOT/FMCSA regula-tions, improve overall safety and enhance company profitability.Todd is experienced in leading regulatory training sessions for employers and employees at all levels. He has presented seminars throughout the southern, eastern and mid-Atlantic states, assisting mail carriers, waste management, building supply and construction companies as well as the traditional freight haulers. Todd has assisted companies in North Carolina, Vir-ginia, Maryland and Pennsylvaniathrough over 40 FMCSA audits with many received no citations or fines.

Robert Dietz, Ph.D.,Chief Economist for National As-sociation of Home Builders, where his responsibilities include housingmarket analysis, forecasting and industry surveys, and housing policy research. Prior to joiningNAHB in 2005, Robert worked as an economist for the Con-gressional Joint Committee onTaxation. He has testified before Congress on housing, econom-ic and tax issues. He is an experton home construction analysis and trends and has been cited and appeared on CNBC, the WallStreet Journal, and other news media. Robert is a native of Day-ton, Ohio and earned a Ph.D. inEconomics from The Ohio State University in 2003.

Craig Webb Editor-in- Chief of Remodeling, the nation’s leading magazine forprofessional remodelers, as well as ProSales, a magazine serving lumber and buildingmaterial dealers and distribu-tors. Both are the nation’s most honored publications in theirfields, having won several doz-en national writing awards.Craig is first and foremost a reporter. He has worked for The Wall Street Journal,McGraw-Hill, United Press In-ternational and a variety of magazines, newsletters andnewspapers in the U.S. and Europe.Since joining his current em-ployer in September 2006, Webb has traveled to 49 statesvisiting builders, remodel-ers, and dealers. That leg-work has provided much of theinformation that he uses in his articles as well as in speeches.Webb was born just outside Washington, D.C., grew up in South Bend, Ind., and receivedhis bachelor’s degree in journalism and history from Indiana University in 1976. He lives Washington, D.C.

Chase ShielsChase currently serves as CEO of Stock Systems, a Cincinnati, OH based technology company that’s built a cloud based sales & oper-ations platform for the lumber & building materials industry. The platform consists of three pieces: CRM, inventory & e-commerce, and logistics & order tracking. Chase is responsible for the prod-uct, sales activities, as well as fundraising & investor relations. Prior to Stock, Chase worked for Beechmont Automotive Group in sales and operational roles. There, he helped keep inventory up to date on all digital channels for all stores, built an inventory optimization model for Porsche and ultimate-ly worked in online sales for the Porsche, Volvo, Audi and Maserati brands. Before working for Beech-mont, Chase worked for his father at Charles F. Shiels & Company. A 126 year old family business, Shiels operates a distribution yard in ad-dition to dry kiln and millwork fa-cilities serving a six state area, with a focus on imported & domestic hardwoods and white pines. Chase was responsible for streamlining their inventory processes, ma-chinery purchases, and bringing new technology to the company.
