I have art directed many photo-shoots for major brands with some of the world’s top photographers and crews.For Bugatchi, I organized a photo-shoot with famous celebrity photog-rapher, Diego from Colombia, the entire photo-shoot was done at The Space • Miami, venue of Karla Dascal

Graphic Design:

For a special exhibition RARE BIRD OF FASHION, Iris Apfel at the Nor-ton Museum of Art, I developed this invitation and save-the-date card. This was one of their most visited special exhibitions. I’m not saying it was due in great part by my design, however Iris Apfel herself asked that the man-nequins in the entrance each hold an invitation in their hand during the opening night exhibition.

For CosmeticSolutions.com, I wanted to showcase the company’s com-mitment to the development of all natural ingredients into their cosmet-ics products. The landing page animation, showed the petals softly dissolv-ing onto a woman’s face.

Fittipaldi Cigars:

For Fittipaldi Cigars, I developed a story-line for the photo-shoot where-by the man with the cigar is accompanied by a very sexy model, reminis-cent of Spy-thriller trailer. The shots were also placed in rapid succession on the website that told the entire story of what ensues with the couple’s interaction. For a Moscow trade exhibition, the ads were blown up on silk-like fabric and placed to float right over the Fittipaldi booth. The couple was at the booth, handing out samples and allowing pictures to be taken with exhibition visitors.

Palladium Alliance Inter-

national

Stillwater Mines, now part of Norilsk Nickel Int’l., a global mining concern for Platinum metals wanted to promote (PD 46) Palladium back into the watch and jewelry manufacturing space. Long known as a pure white and strong metal, Palladium (PD 46) has its own nomenclature in the Periodic Chart of elements, just like Platinum, Rhodium and other precious metals. The onslaught of high prices for gold and platinum compelled executives to promote the metal, PD 46 to manufacturers of watches and jewelry for its purity and ease in manufacturing with a pure metal that presented a worthwhile price opportunity for developers.

Couture Show 2009

As a result of the challenging new global economy known as the Reces-sion of 2007, Jewelry and Watch retailers were apprehensive about buying new merchandise as the market showed a clear uncertainty. To promote the annual COUTURE SHOW in Las Vegas, the approach was to tell pro-spective visitors to relinquish or ABANDON PRECONCEPTIONS about what the show meant in years past. This time, COUTURE wanted to showcase the new products, the novelties, the new opportunities for mer-chandise acquisition in a whole new perspective, there was no pressure to buy anything. The ad campaign had to reflect this — Thus the depiction of women floating freely in water. As it turned out, Couture 2009 was a complete success with more visitors than ever before.

Parmigiani•Fleurier

UI design interface for the Parmigiani-Fleurier.com website. The object of the website was to coincide their patronage to the Montreux, Switzerland International Hot Balloon Festival at Chateau D’Oex and the brand’s pas-sion and sponsorship for all things Swiss, and the globally famous event.
