To approve order amending the current Depository Contract with Bank ofAmerica, N.A., wherein a new ATM will be installed at the Henry Wade JuvenileJustice Center at no additional cost to Dallas County; wherein Dallas County willpay an additional monthly maintenance fee of $200.00 per machine (combinedtotal of seven), and wherein Bank of America agrees to eliminate the individualuser fee of $1.50 for each non-Bank of America transaction.

To approve order amending the current Depository Contract with Bank ofAmerica, N.A., wherein Dallas County will pay an additional $200.00 per monthfor each of the six existing ATM machines in Dallas County facilities, and whereinBank of America agrees to eliminate the individual user fee of $1 .50 for each non­Bank of America transaction.

To approve order adopting the Dallas County Automatic Teller Machine (ATM)Policy, effective immediately.

To approve order approving an amendment to extend the term of the subcontractwith The University of Texas at Dallas to March 1, 2000 in connection with acollaborative research project ("Cost-Benefit Analysis of Juvenile JusticePrograms") funded by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention(OJJDP), authorizing the County Judge to sign said document, approving the useof $7,419.65 to fund the intern position until March 1, 2000, and authorizing anyremaining portion of the budget as of 3/1/2000 to be applied towards the DataBase Analyst's salary.

To approve order authorizing the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID),Dallas Chapter, to perform a Volunteer Design project which includes renovatingthe lobby of the 2355 Stemmons Building, being responsible for all cost and workassociated with the project, and the Texas Department of Protective andRegulatory Services (TDPRS) being responsible for restoring the space back to itsoriginal condition at the end of the lease.
