Born between 1965 and 1980, Gen Xlike structured work hrs and are not
comfortable with flexi hrs.

Gen X prefer information on a “just in case” basis rather than “just in time”
as preferred by Gen Y

Gen X often perceive learning “with” their students as being underprepared or possibly as a weakness. As a teacher
they should have the knowledge.

They value the ability to persevere and being able to endure the process of
