One thing that NA2 could do that would support NRENs

illustrations"

Support for events -  to support to organize a training and dissemination in local event -  distribute the events support guide (pens, pencils, notes paper etc) or

make this list visible (on intranet) for all the NRENs or at least for PRs

Addaptable materials -  deliver raw/adaptable material for our own branding for free use across different media

-  to have more materials for personalize with our logo (eg: maps, brochures where the NREN can include the logo and a paragraph with information,....And I would like to work together in more materials (like the connectivity video, the eduGAIN video,...)

Benefits of services -  Bringing examples of different services on user level, describing the benefits that would be useful for getting them launched. Otherwise the essence behind the "everchanging" names of the services not (yet) used by the NREN will be forgotten

-  a sample services pack from which you could "cherry pick" items most relevant to your NREN client audience

Better VC for meetings -  improve availability of videoconferencing services for meetings

produce –  As ever, some NREN partners will always want more support than

others !   Suggestions of other ideas we can try that may assist you !   More reminders of tools and content available is required from NA2 e.g.

event support available, services available !   The need for more updates about services, including

–  e.g. overview of the entire portfolio with key information –  More easily re-usable and re-branded materials

! Next year – review the survey with the TF-CPR and Compendium surveys
