FERC Approval Received in November 2014

• All other federal, state and local permits in place

Debt and equity financing for Trains 1 & 2 closed November 2014

Final Notice to Proceed to EPC contractor on December 1st, 2014

New facilities, integrated with the existing LNG import terminal, to include:

• Three liquefaction trains, each producing approximately 5.0 MTPA of LNG and gas pretreatment facilities

• A third LNG tank with 160,000 cubic meters of capacity and a second marine dock with dual capability of loading and unloading
