GE H Series Turboprop Engine Overview GE’s H Series is a family of turboprop engines offering a range of power and performance customized for business and general aviation aircraft. Featuring power output options from 550 to 850 SHP for both takeoff and maximum continuous operation, the H Series is the ideal power solution to meet the requirements of many turboprop aircraft. The H Series features sophisticated technologies such a 3D aerodynamic airfoil designs, blisk (bladed disk) compressor rotors, and high temperature materials. These technologies deliver more shaft horsepower, improved engine fuel efficiency, and increased temperature margin, significantly increasing hot-day takeoff capability and high-altitude performance. An Electronic Engine and Propeller Control (EEPC) system is standard on all H Series engine models. Featuring fully integrated engine and propeller operation, engine auto start and automatic exceedance limiting, the EEPC system will ease pilot workload, enhance engine operability and enable single lever power control operation. The unique configuration of the engine simplifies maintenance by eliminating the need for recurrent fuel nozzle maintenance and periodic hot section inspections. Overview

GE’s H Series is a family of turboprop engines offering a range of power and performance customized for business and general aviation aircraft.
