Lord’s Table Meetings • Held every Friday morning,

being weekend in Saudi Arabia, the equivalent of Sunday.

Prayer Meetings• Every Tuesday evening (with

Bible reading reading)

Pursuance (Life Study) Meetings • Every Thursday evening

Small Groups Meetings • Every Sunday evening in

different districts (varies on the locality).

CHURCH ACTIVITIES

Held during the Hajj Holiday (Oct) with all saints coming from different cities of KSA, to pursue, fellowship and blend.

Annual Overcomers’ Conference

Responsible and Serving Ones’Perfecting Training• Held 4 times a

year for all the responsible and serving saints.

Responsible Ones’Meeting • Held 3 times a

year for all the Responsible Brothers of each localities.

BlendingNormally held during Ramadan holiday (the first among the only two legal holidays of the year in Saudi Arabia). Usually, each locality would have their own activity whether to go churching, have a mini-conference or just gather for blending.

THE LOCAL CHURCHES IN QATAR (2006)THE LAMPSTAND BEGAN IN 2006 IN THE CAPITAL CITY OF DOHA.

TO DATE TWO CHURCHES HAVE BEEN RAISED UP

1. CHURCH IN DOHA – 44 SAINTSThe saints meet every Friday 2pm in a government- allocated place called Religious Complex where all the Christian groups are allowed to have their meetings.

2. CHURCH IN AL KHOR – 11 SAINTS

OMAN

• 1 Local Church in Muscat of 10 saints

The Church in OMAN (2006)

The LAMPSTAND in Oman started in 2006 in the capital city of Muscat with two expatriate families from India and Malaysia.

Currently, there are 10 saints (from India and Philippines) with only one family meeting for Lord’s’ Table on Friday. Meetings are held in a home.

PRAYER REQUESTS

1. Pray for intensified shepherding and perfecting of the saints.

2. Pray to raise up a full-timer to shepherd the saints and help them to propagate.

3. Pray for more visitation from overseas churches to encourage the saints.

THE CHURCH IN KUWAIT (2009)The lampstand in Kuwait was established in 2009 with less than 10 saints. Currently there are about 22 saints regularly meeting mainly from India and the Philippines. They meet in a rented classroom of a private institute.

Weekly they gather for Lord’s Table Meeting on Friday and for various meetings (Prayer Meeting, Life-study Pursuit & Gospel Meetings) during weekday evenings.

BAHRAIN

The Church in BAHRAIN (2012)The Lord’s Table Meeting in Manama,Bahrain only started in 2012 althoughthe saints have been meeting for pursuitand fellowship since 2009.

With two families laboring togetherthere are now 17 saints with 3 childrencoming to the Lord’s Table every Friday.

Small-group Life-study Meeting and Prayer Meetings are held on weekdays.

PRAYER REQUESTS

1. Pray that all the saints may be released for the Lord’s Table meeting.

2. Pray for a full-timer to help intensify the shepherding and perfecting of the saints for the increase and spread of His testimony.


THE CHURCH IN BAHRAIN

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

The first Lord’s Table meeting in UAE began in June 1995 in Abu Dhabi by the saints from India with other Asian expatriates who came to the church life through the local churches in their home countries.

Currently there are four local churches in UAE: Abu Dhabi (1995) with 54 saints, Sharjah (2007) with 66 saints, Al-Ain (2010) with 15 saints and Dubai (2011) with 60 saints. Out of these 195 saints, 120 are actively meeting at the Lord’s Table.

Regular Meetings held are Lord’s Table, Prayer Meetings, Small-Group /Home Meetings, Blending & Gospel Meetings

• Located just below the Persian Gulf east of Saudi Arabia and northwest of Oman.

• It consists of 7 emirates or states namely: Abu Dhabi (capital), Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm al-Quwain, Rasal-Khaimah, and Fujairah.

• Area: 83,600 sq. km.

• Population: 5.47 million (19% locals / 81% foreigners from 180 countries)

• Christians: 7.3% (400,000)

• Except Islam, Preaching of other faith is against the law

• Major Christian Groups & Denominations gather for worship in government-designated areas

• Local Churches in the Lord’s Recovery meet in homes

THE CHURCHES IN UNITED ARAB EMIRATES (1995)

First Lord’s Table meeting in UAE started in June 1995 in the capital city of Abu Dhabi

Currently there are 305 saints, with 182 meeting regularly during the week.

Saints meet in four localities

Abu Dhabi (92 saints) Sharjah (45 saints) Al-Ain (30 saints) Dubai (138 saints)

Regular Meetings are held during the week: Lord’s Table on Fridays, Prayer Meetings, Small-Group / Bible Study Meetings, Gospel Meetings and Service Meetings during weekday evenings.

• Migration of more workers and families to the 4 remaining Emirates / major cities in UAE namely: AJMAN, UM AL QUWAIN, RAS AL KHAIMAH & FUJAIRAH to establish small-group meetings and eventually raise golden lampstands .

• Raise lampstands in all the major cities in the whole GCC Region. To establish 2 new District Lord’s Table in Dubai (International City & Satwa)

• Establish Gospel Houses for Sisters, Brothers & Families for the establishment of new District Lord’s Table Meetings in DUBAI (JABEL ALI, SATWA & DEIRA)

• To intensify the work among the CHINESE-SPEAKING COMMUNITIES in DUBAI INTERNATIONAL CITY & AJMAN CHINA MALL
