They develop a full range of traditional American fresh baked pastries (Cookies, Brownies, Muffins, Crumbles and Pecan Pies), perfecting themselves each recipe. Very quickly, these original and innovative recipes become very successful and the little workshop too small to supply their customers’ increasing needs. So it moves into larger premises in Chelles. In 2000, Antoine & Stéphane Deschamps, 2 brothers, decide to run the family business and modernize it. Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, the factory is then able to meet the demands of the constantly growing customer base. The well known quality of its pastries is the fruit of the know-how of its staff. In 2017, Colorado Cookie. joins Galapagos family group to ensure its growth strategy whilst benefiting from new expertises of food processing companies. Galapagos is a federation of medium size thriving companies, manufacturing in particular the well- known crêpes dentelles named « ». Tradition, skills, creativity,optimized industrial process, are perfectly combined with carefully selected ingredients to make the best cakes.
