MASCHINENBESCHREIBUNGDie Generatoren der SerieAR1 sind einphasing ohneBürsten, Sie haben einesehr hohe Funktions-zuverlässigkeit, Zudembrauchen sie nicht gewar-tet zu werden, da sie keineKollektoren oder Rei-bungskontakte aufweisen.Die Generatoren AR1 sindin Ubereinstimmung mitden Bestimmungen 98/37sowie mit 73/23 und89/336 und derenentsprechenden Ände-rungen, en und denNormen EN 60034-1, CEI2-3, IEC 34-1, VDE 0530,BS 4999-5000, N.F.51.111. Die Deckel sindaus einem sehr wider-standsfähigen Aluminium-druckguß angefertigt, dieWelle aus C45-Stahl mitaufgezogenem Lüftterrad.Die Schutzklasse ist IP21(auf Anfrage kann aucheine hohere Schutzklasserealisiert werden). DieIsolierung entspricht derKlasse H, und dieWicklungen sind mitEpoxidharz imprägniert.Die Serrienproduktionentspricht der Bestim-mung VDE 0875, Grad“N” und den wesentlichenSicherheitsanforde-rungender europäischenRichtilinie hinsichtlich elek-tromagnetischer Kompa-tibilität; die Übereinstim-mung mit dieser Richtliniewird durch die Anwerdungder europäischen NormenEN 50081-1 und EN50082-1 gewährleistet. BeieinschränkenderenVorschriften wie VDE0875 Grad “K”, MIL 461-462 D usw. liefern wir aufAnfrage Filter.

VORWORTDie Generatoren ent-sprechen den EG-Bestimmugen 98/37,73/23, 89/336 und derenentsprechenden Ände-rungen; aus diesemGrunde stellen sie keinerleiGefahr für den Bedienerdar, sofern sie inÜbereinstimmung mit denvon Mecc Alte vor-geschriebenen Anwei-sungen, installiert, ver-wendet und gewartetwerden und unter derBedingung, daß dieSchutzvorrichtungen stetsin einem voll funktion-stüchtigen Zustandgehalten werden.

Aus den oben gennantenGrunden ist es erfor-derlich, sich streng an diein diesem Handbuchangegebenen Answ-eisungen zu halten.

Bei Lieferung des Gene-rators ist anhand desLieferscheins dieser aufSchäden, bzw. auffehlende Teile hin zu über-prüfen; in diesem Fallesind der Spediteur, dieVersi-cherung, der Fach-händler oder Mecc Alteumgehend darüber zuinformieren.

Por esta razòn esnecesario adecuarse a laperfecciòn a las instruc-ciònes indicadas en estemanual.

A la entraga del generador,controlar junto con la facturaque no exisistan defectos opiezas faltantes; en casocontrario informar immedia-tamente la empresa detransportes, la compañia deseguros, el revendedor o laMecc Alte.

Pour cette raison, il faut seconformer scrupuleuse-ment aux instructionsindiquées dans ce manuel.

A la livraison de l’alter-nateur, contrôler avec le bonde livraison qu’il n’y a aucundommage ou de piécesmanquantes; si c’est le cas,informer immédiatementl’expéditeur, l’assureur, lerevendeur ou Mecc Alte.

MACHINEDESCRIPTIONAR1 Series alternators aresingle - phase brushlessunits. Their operating ishighly reliable. These unitsdo not require maintenancesince they do not have sliprings nor slipping contacts.AR1 alternators are madein compliance with the98/37, 73/23, 89/336directives and theiramendments, and the EN60034-1, CEI 2-3, IEC34-1,VDE 0530, BS 4999-5000,N.F. 51.111 regulations.The end brackets arediecast in high resistancealluminum alloy, the shaft isin C45 steel and is fitted witha keyed fan.The mechanical protectionlevel meets standard IP21(upon request higher levelsof protection can besupplied).The insulation is class Hand the windings areimpregnated with epoxyresins.The standard generatorscomply with the speci-fication VDE 0875 degree“N” and with the basic safetyrequirements of theEuropean regulation onelectromagnetic compa-tibility; by applying theEuropean standards EN50081-1 and EN 50082-1the above mentionedregulation is complied with.On request we can supplyfilters for more restrictivespecifications such as VDE0875 degree “K”, MIL 461-462 D, etc..

Montar la brida sobre el motorsujetàndola con sus tornillos M8y aplicando un par de torque de21±7% Nm (fig.1).

Fijar el cuerpo de la màquina ala brida con los tornillos M8 yaplicando un par de torque de21±7% Nm (fig. 2).

Introducir el tirante central en sulugar (fig. 3).

Isujete el tirante central apli-cando en la tuerca M8 un par detorque de 21±7% Nm; cerrar elorificio de la tapa con el tapónrespectivo (fig. 4).

Den Flansch am Konstantmotormit den passenden Lebens-dauern M8 einhängen, die eineKlammer Auszackung von 21±7%Nm anwenden (abb. 1).

Die Körpermaschine auf demFlansch mit den passendenLebensdauern M8 reparieren, dieeine Klammer gleiche Auszac-kung bis 21±7% Nm anwenden(abb. 2).

Die mittlere Zugstange in ihremSitz einstecken (abb. 3).

Die mittlere Zugstange blockierenund hierfür ein Anzugsmomentvon 21±7% Nm auf dieSchraubmutter aufbringen; dieBohrung auf der Schutzkappe mitpassendem Stopper schließen(abb. 4).

ACCOUPLEMENTMECANIQUE

Monter le flasque sur le moteuren le fixant avec les vis prévusM8 en appliquant un couple deserrage de 21±7% Nm (fig. 1).

Fixer le corps de la machine auflasque avec les vis M8 enappliquant un couple de serragede 21±7% Nm (fig. 2).

Enfiler le tirante central dans sonlogement (fig. 3).

Bloquer la tige centrale enappliquant un couple de serragede 21±7% Nm et fermer le troudu couvercle avec le bouchonapproprié (fig. 4).

MECHANICALCOUPLING

Couple flange to engine, fixingit with the appropriate M8screws and applying atightening torque of 21±7%Nm (fig. 1).

Secure the alternator to theflange with proper M8 screwsapplying a tightening torque of21±7% Nm (fig. 2).

Insert the central bolt into itshousing (fig. 3).

Lock the central bolt byappliyng a tightening torque of21±7% Nm; plug the hole onthe terminal box lid with theproper cap (fig. 4).

Montare la flangia sul motorefissandola con le apposite vitiM8 applicando una coppia diserraggio di 21±7% Nm(fig.1).

Fissare il corpo macchinasulla flangia con le appositeviti M8 applicando una coppiadi serraggio pari a 21±7% Nm(fig. 2).

Inserire il tirante centrale nellasua sede (fig. 3).

Bloccare il tirante centraleapplicando sul dado M8 unacoppia di serraggio pari a21±7% Nm; chiudere il forosulla cuffia con l’appositotappo (fig. 4).

MESSA IN SERVIZIONella messa in servizio, avercura che le aperture diaspirazione e scaricodell’aria di raffreddamentosiano sempre libere.

Per il collegamento elettricoalle prese o all’eventualequadretto del generatore,utilizzare spine e caviadeguati.

Per il collegamento a terra èprevista anche la possibilitàdi utilizzare un foro presentesul coperchio posteriore,che è accessibile senzadover smontare la cuffia.

IMPORTANZA DELLAVELOCITA’La frequenza e la tensionedipendono direttamentedalla velocità di rotazione; èperciò necessario che siamantenuta il più possibilecostante al suo valorenominale con qualsiasicarico. Il sistema diregolazione della velocità deimotori di trascinamentopresenta in generale unaleggera caduta di velocità travuoto e carico; è perciò rac-comandabile regolare lavelocità a vuoto di un 3÷4%superiore alla velocitànominale, per avere a pienocarico il valore nominale.
