    [NO. 04 OF 2009] REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIONS ACT, 1967 (ACT NO. 84 OF 1967): FOURIESBURG: EXTENSION 1: REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIONS ERVEN 627 AND 628 Under the powers vested in me by section 2 of the Removal of Restrictions Act, 1967 (Act No. 84 of 1967), I, M.J. Mafereka, Member of the Executive Council of the Province responsible for Local Government and Housing, hereby alter: the conditions of title in Deed of Transfer T21504/1999 pertaining to erf 627, Extension 1, Fouriesburg, by the removal of restrictive conditions 2.(a), (b) and (c) on pages 3 and 4 in the said Deed of Transfer; and the conditions of title in Deed of Transfer T21504/1999 pertaining to erf 628, Extension 1, Fouriesburg, by the removal of restrictive conditions 3.(a), (b) and (c) on pages 4 and 5 in the said Deed of Transfer, subject to: The registration of the following condition against the title deed of the proposed Remainder of erf 628, Fouriesburg, Extension 1: This erf may only be utilized for single residential purposes with the necessary outbuildings.     The amendments comprises the insertion of the definitions for

    Guesthouse and Group Housing to Clause B, Part IV, the insertion of the consent use of Guest House to Table D, column 4 pertaining to the zoning Special Residential and the insertion of the consent uses of Guest House and Group Housing to Table D, column 4 pertaining to the zoning General Residential, in order to make provision for these land uses in the Town-Planning Scheme.
