L’Autorité Nationale Palestinienne (ANP) a quatre sources majeures de recettes, la plus importante étant les fonds provenant de l’étranger par le biais des mécanismes d’aide. The Palestinian National Authority (ANP) has four major sources of revenue, the most important being the funds from abroad through the assistance mechanisms. Bien que le montant précis de ces fonds alloués à l’Autorité par les gouvernements étrangers et/ou par les agences d’aide internationale soit difficile à établir (en partie à cause des désaccords dans la définition et l’attribution et en partie à cause d’une mauvaise tenue des comptes) toutes les sources s’accordent pour suggérer que le montant total reçu ces dix dernières années a été assez élevé. Blocus à Gaza D’après les récentes estimations de la PASSA ( Société Académique palestinienne pour l’étude des Affaires internationales) les engagements des donateurs depuis l’établissement de l’Autorité en 1994 jusqu’en octobre 2005 se sont élevés au total à environ 6 milliards de dollars (6 104 851 292 US$) tandis que le montant effectivement déboursé pendant la même période serait d’environ 5 milliards de dollars (4 677 626 670 US$) [1]. Le gros de ces fonds est venu des Etats Unis (pour un total de 778 millions de US$), de l’Union Européenne (pour un total de 1,2 milliards d’US$), de divers pays de l’Union Européenne (parmi lesquels la Suède, le Royaume Uni l’Allemagne et la France sont les plus importants), du Japon (pour un total de 151 millions d’US$, de la Banque Mondiale (pour un total de 114 millions d’US$, et les pays arabes (au premier rang desquels l’Arabie Saoudite pour un total de 334 millions de US$) Although the exact amount of the funds allocated to the Authority by foreign governments and/or by the international aid agencies is difficult to establish (in part because of disagreements in the definition and the allocation and in part because of a bad keeping accounts) all sources agree to suggest that the total amount received these last ten years has been quite high. To the Gaza Strip Blockade after the recent estimates for the PASSA ( Palestinian Academic Society for the study of international affairs) of donor commitments since the establishment of the Authority in 1994 until October 2005 amounted to a total about 6 billion dollars (6 104 851 292 US$) while the amount actually disbursed during the same period would be approximately 5 billion (4 677 626 670 US$) [1]. The bulk of these funds came from United States (for a total of 778 million US$ of the European Union (for a total of 1,2 billion US$ of various countries of the European Union (among which Sweden, the United Kingdom Germany and France are the most important), Japan (for a total of 151 million US$, of the World Bank (for a total of 114 million and US$, arab countries (first and foremost Saudi Arabia for a total of 334 million US$)
