WHO IS GAYSHA? Formed in 1997 by Ian Elsey - now its Chief Executive - Gaysha originally worked on behalf of housing associations and insurance companies carrying out small scale building repairs. Over time Gaysha built a reputation as a contractor who provides solutions whilst going above and beyond what could be considered the typical construction business. As a result, Gaysha started to grow organically working on larger scale high-end fit out and refurbishment projects. In 2013, Gaysha secured a position on a framework with one of London’s largest and most prestigious landowners which supported Gaysha in its growth journey, allowing Ian Elsey to take Gaysha to the next level. From its humble beginnings Gaysha now offers its well- rounded fit out and refurbishment services to organisations operating across the commercial, residential & industrial sectors. Over the past 6 years Gaysha has achieved year on year growth and looks to continue on this upward trajectory with future plans to grow both organically and via acquisition. GAYSHA GOALS WITH MBHGrowth plan at Gaysha is twofold. Firstly, the company islooking to continue to grow organically by increasing itsclient base and working on larger scale projects. Being partof MBH will allow Gaysha to benefit from the resources of aPLC providing the financial support to win larger tenders.Secondly, Gaysha is looking to grow via M&A using theagglomeration model as a foundation to facilitateacquisitions under the Gaysha group. The aim is to targetestablished, well run construction businesses which formpart of the supply chain, benefitting from the synergies thiswill provide in conjunction with growth in revenue & EBIT.

In 2019, Gaysha completed a commercialrefurbishment of Grade II Listed Georgian Townhousein Holborn. Works included a complete strip out of theexisting fixtures and fittings, installation of newmechanical and electrical services and extensiveremodelling and redecoration of the 4300 sq ft officespace. This was a significant project for Gaysha as thiswas the first project with a new client, an influentiallandlord, within the West End. With the support of theMBH Corporation the company is confident that it willbe considered for similar large projects in the future.
