Thursday 12 Yoga and Meditation

1.30pm-3pm Session 1 (8yrs–13yrs) and 3.30pm-5pm Session 2 (14yrs-18yrs). This workshop provides a gentle introduction for young people to “Mindfulness” including mindfulness techniques and meditation, relaxation techniques and creative therapy (we’ll be making mindfulness balls). Participants will receive handouts and positive affirmations. This workshop will be delivered by Gawler Healing Arts Hub. $10 per participant.
