Ta whom it maY concern
I have known Dinara Ismanova since she first came on a summef experienceprogranme from her own university in Kyrgyzstan' She d:gt-d:^dl" stay on andirurifeo"O to our tourism undergraduate programme in Fall 2004.
She emerged with a CGPA of 7.62 out of 4.00 with her GPA has varying between3.14 and i.OS. ftri* variation can largely be attributed to her extramural activities'
She presents many strengths and competencies and has held down responsible
outside jobs to support h-er studies inciuding the front offrce of a hotel, and a travelagency. She had success working for several months in the marketing departrnent ofa local construction and real estate company. She also worked within the universitylibrary and as an assistant in our English Foundation Department.
she has a pleasant and outgoing marmer and very good interpelolal skills. Sheup*t* Ongtistt, Russian anO frLnctr fluently and has some Turkish. She is computerliterate ani competent to use her computers for the preparation of reports and for on-line research. Hir relationship with both staffand fellow students is sincere andadmirable. She has initiative and is able to take the lead when necessary.
She is an asset to this university and, for the present, to her adopted home' She is agood diplomatic representative of her country (Indeed that was_previously heriather's position in-switzerland.) I am confident she will contribute very positively tothe econlmic and social well being of her country on completion of her master
studies.
Although my ownp*ition is now primarily administr{ive, she has been mystudeniand Lbtuin"d an A- in my class. She has contributed actively insporting and other university events both as organiser and participant'
