    questionnaires in Noida & Ghaziabad regionamong the customers and 500 among theother consumers of these services.

    Evaluation of Non-Response: a randomsample of 50 names will be secured from the

    list of the customers who dont return thequestionnaires. We will make them a call andwill try to know their responses.
