WHY WORRY ABOUT SMALL LEAKS ?
On average natural gas processing plants, plant lose between 0.05 to 0.5% of their totalproduction to fugitive emissionsUp to 90-95% of these emissions can be prevented by identification and repair

SAFETY
“Gas FindIR” allows to scan a large area and check for potential
gas leaks before entering
Personnel can work at safer distance from potential leaks
“Gas FindIR” system can detect small leaks from several meters
away and big leaks from hundreds of meters away
Environmental and Regulation
The total amount of pollutants emitted into the air by Ukraine company’s enterprises in 2017 amounted to about 92.18 thousand tons, which is 4% more than in 2016
According to the Law of Ukraine "On Air Protection" and permits for pollutant emissions, the companies ensures control of the permissible emission of pollutants into the air from stationary sources of emissions
COST-EFFECTIVENESS OF LEAK DETECTION
AND REPAIR USING INFRARED CAMERAS
The vast majority of leaks are economic to repair once identified: even assuming a low value of gas (3 US dollars (USD) per Mcf), more than 97% of total leak emissions are worth repairing. In addition, over 90% of the gas emissions are from leaks that can be repaired with a payback period of less than one year.

COST-EFFECTIVENESS OF LEAK DETECTION
AND REPAIR USING INFRARED CAMERAS
The net present values (NPVs) of repairing individual leaks identified
in surveys have been calculated based on estimated repair costs and
the value of gas conserved (for sale) by the repair. This analysis shows
that the economic value of the conserved gas exceeds the repair cost
in almost all cases. Once they are identified, the vast majority of the
leaks, and the vast majority of emissions from leaks are economic to
repair (NPV>0), even when the value of gas is 3 USD/Mcf.

OUR PLATFORMS
CURRENT LDAR METHOLODGY
(Leak Detection & Repair)
Detection of gas with “Sniffer”
• Current Practice requires every piping component to be monitored individually
• Sniffer’s may “miss the mark ”In certain situations, the “sniffer” could pick up a concentration of gas, but not know the source.
Organic Vapor Analyzer
LDAR VS SMART LDAR
• Current LDAR Program
– Labor intensive to monitor every component individually
– Almost all the effort appears to be wasted since ~ 99% of components don’t leak
– Current program is costly
• Develop more cost effective fugitive emissions Leak Detection and Repair (Smart LDAR)
