v-Exam room creates an exam room as per the exam schedule. System issues the user name and password for

the students and student can appear for online exam using their login details. After login student will get the

exam paper set by the teacher. After completion of the exam paper students immediately get their success rate

while the merit list will be prepared after the completion of the schedule on percentile basis.

Summary of the Product

TDS calculation is always a tedious job for any financial person and it becomes a panic when there is a case of

payment of hundreds cheque daily. TDS calc is a very small product for calculate the TDS on every payment.

System Admin

The part of the product allows user to make customization of the software. User can define number of tax

group to categorize the vendors. As the formula and rules of calculating the TDS keep changing so the

product allows the user to edit the formula for calculation as well. System admin can create number of

vendors under the defined tax group.

Payment Voucher

For making the payment to the vendor, user has to enter the invoice details to the system thru payment

voucher. System calculates the TDS values from invoiced amount, and prepares the cheque of the payable

amount.

Challan Preparation

TDS calc generate the challan on the basis of all payment data. This challan can be submitting to the income

tax department for the tax payment details.

Reports and e-TDS

TDS calc allow user to take the print of automatic prepared FORM16A for the vendors, FORM26Q to submit

the report to Income Tax Department. System generated the e-TDS file also which can be verify with the

verification tool and then can be submit to the Income Tax Department.

C&F management system is a web based project developed for a C&F company having more then 250 different

offices at different locations. The project is having no different tools for handling purchase, sale, logistic,

account, etc. All the tools are integrated to manage the data flow to avoid the duplication data entry. System is

having small CRM tool to generate the claims to the company, invoices, vendor handling, customer handling,

contract handling, etc. The project covers a small MIS to help the management.

Order and Dispatch management System

Piaggio is a three-wheeler auto manufacturing company. They supply their vehicles to various dealers at

different locations. Apart from Vehicles, the company may also supply some other products, which are not

considered in business accounting. The software attempts to capture such related items & their dispatching.

In this process, sometime company provides their gifted items or items for marketing to the dealer directly.

And some time dealer request for the item to company and then company approve dealer request and send to

his authorized agency for dispatching items to the requested dealer. For maintaining item stock, agency has

authority to increase his stock. Some time company can also supply the items to agency. There is one special

features "agency to agency transfer". This transaction is under the supervision company.

All this process has mail generating feature so that there should not wastage of time for checking stock and

request for agency, dealer and company also.

This project was developed for a multi level marketing company. The client of the project was dealing with life

insurances products on chain marketing system or multi level marketing system. The system was based on

binary arrangement of the nodes and FCFS TTB basis. The project was introduced with no of small tools for

calculating the income of every member based on the given formula and income structure, cheque

preparation, TDS calculation, tracking the membership tree and chart, Account of every member, etc.
