the manufacturing activities such as
Designing, Sampling, Cutting, Stitching,
Washing, Finishing etc. We are closely
associated with traders and business houses
for knitted / woven ready-made garments &
Cotton Mask. We are highly dedicated towards
high quality and elegant range of garments.
Our facility is centrally located in the heart of the
industrial hub of National Capital Region (NCR) of
India, giving us huge advantage in meeting
demands and reducing transportation time.
Further, the facility has been designed to maintain
Good Manufacturing Practices in respect of safety,
hygiene, and quality as per international standards
such as EN ISO 13485 and CE. (European).
Stages of Product Development
We have in house designing department. Our designer using mood boards after
analyzing trends of last few seasons. Further, the designer frequently travels to
various countries to get experience & research on latest catwalks trends, lifestyle
trends, and current competition analysis. Our showroom displays the latest
designs and fabrics developed each season.
Designing & Sampling
To ensure that the final packed garment is perfect in all respects, we have our
Finishing Department that looks after each and every garments. Plants, steam
pressing and rapid drying processes give the garment that crisp finish. We go to
great lengths to ensure that the final presentation of your garment is just right.
Finishing & Dispatching
As our core competency, we are most concerned with this department’s function.
We have incorporated the latest assembly line techniques with statistical process
control methods across all functions to ensure maximum quality and output.
Further to focus more closely on the process, we have empowered quality
controllers who constantly monitor production using AQL standards.
Production
Fine cottons come from the south as well as from north, while synthetics and
viscose in all its forms are best available from the western region of India. SPM
Medicare Pvt. Ltd. has developed good relationships with suppliers in India
and abroad to ensure a steady and efficient supply.
In order to monitor supply and quality we have assigned duties to our people in
order to procure the best quality in printing and dyeing mills in the country.
