NEW SITUATION

In the following presentation you will find three proposals, all are based on an all-season-outdoor-experience. For all the obstacles we found a solution and all the opportunities we have used to create something new.

For safety and to avoid viewing we use a green fence around the entire property. In front of the fence we plant XXL & low exotic plants, to fill up the boundaries but also to create an association between the different height levels.The plants will be visible from both the lowest and the highest level.

Special attention will be given to the entrance gate. The gate should look elegant yet also strong and safe.

An eye catching element will be placed in the line of the entrance; plants in big pots, water fea-ture,…

At the entrance a space is reserved for shaded parking of two cars. The Immediate view of the cars can be removed by creating a wood storage. One might perhaps later make an extra room of the existing unused garage.

To benefit from the sea view a wooden deck is made next to the house with different leveling. Above we create an all-season-movable roofed lounge with a fire place. Below there is a Zen-Spa-outdoor zone with sauna.

The outdoor kitchen in line with the existing terrace will improve the connection to the garden and also the use of this garden.

A garden is always a treat for kids which is therefore there is a special place for them in the garden with a swing, climbing frame,…

The group of trees gives a better end to the garden than the blank walls of the house.The mixed use of different materials; wood, pavement, stucco, gives this garden a contemporary at-mosphere.

We strongly believe that the presented features will profit your rental occupancy.

Due to the limit size of the swimming pool, we would like to integrate various modern water features.

In principle the features can be easily integrated in the existing swimming pool and do not effect to a high consumption of electricty.

For real swimming, we like to install a jet stream working on a separate pump system. In Portu-guese named - Aqua correnteThis can be installed at the south end and the pump system could be integrated at the decks.

An advantage of this pool yet stream is various, it is an extra attraction, a marketing tool for rental, but mainly you can swim against a stream, you can create a as well whirl pool effect with large bub-bles, it is just a matter of turning on switch.

To make the pool area more lively you could install in the new pavement around the pool, fountain yets, those mini features are making it all a water pleasure to look at or for children to play.With a simply dmx control you can program easily when it has to work.

At the side of the new raised panorama deck we could integrate a water fountain with stepping stone, to pass over. It will work as extra esthetical element for the upraised wall.With the installation of some led upper lights the night will have a different effect on the terrace.Around the lower located plants we will install up light in pin spots form.

This wall could have various fountains:

- innox mouth fountains - wall integrated

- bubbling push up fountains - floor integrated.

- one large stream coming out of the wall. going over into the swimming pool

- steel pipes integrated of the wall given out water to a stream
