Setting Out Carts Place your cart(s) out on the curb no later than 7:30am on your collection day. Leave at least a 5 ft clearance from other carts, vehicles, mailboxes, etc. On collection days, do not park your vehicle at the curb restricting access to the carts. Place your cart away from low-hanging branches, shrubbery or other obstacles. Make sure the lid on your cart(s) can close. Do not overfill or place items on top or next to the cart.
