DirectBonus | DB1-3 GanoLife rewards your efforts and enthusiasm each time you help one of your new Affiliates build their business with one of our three Executive Packs (X-Pack1-3). As expected, your Direct Bonus corresponds to the X-Pack purchased – the bigger the package, the greater the bonus!

To qualify for a Direct Bonus, you must have also built your business using an X-Pack1-3 of similar or greater value and remained Active.

Alternative methods of joining GanoLife are available that do not generate a Direct Bonus. You may simply purchase a GanoLife eKit for just $25, become an Affiliate and reserve your placement in the GanoLife organization.

Or you can join with our Genesis Pack, set up a 50 BV (Bonus Volume) FlexOrder and become qualified to earn a 10% Fast Start Binary bonus when you help someone in each leg of your Binary organization do the same.

The Genesis Plus Pack trains new Affiliates from the very start to think of the long term benefits of establishing a 100 PV FlexOrder where you can accumulate Loyalty Points you can redeem for FREE products while meeting minimum requirements to earn the Residual Binary bonus.

With this generous bonus, you are compensated for the purchases generated by all new Affiliates who join your organization (both direct and indirect) in accordance with the X-Pack you personally chose to initiate your GanoLife business.

This bonus entitles you to earn 10% to 15% (depending on Rank) of all BV generated by a potentially unlimited number of Affiliates (starting their 7th week in GanoLife and beyond) placed on your “Pay Leg” (the smaller of the two legs in your Binary organization). As you advance in Rank, the Residual Binary can increase to 15% (see chart on page 23).

Remember that to earn this bonus, you and your team must have generated at least 300 BV in each of your Binary Legs.

Example:Assuming you initiated your business with X-PackD3 and have remained Active and Qualified, you receive the 20% FSB6 on the BV generated by your Pay Leg – Paul and Betty – during their first six (6) weeks of affiliation with GanoLife. On a continuing basis, when Active and Qualified, you will receive the 20% FSB6 on all BV generated by any new Affiliates in your Pay Leg during their first 6 weeks of affiliation. Once their initial six (6) weeks have passed, you will earn 10% to 15% (depending on your Rank) from the Residual Binary (RB∞) on subsequent Pay Leg purchases.

When you reach the rank of Diamond, GanoLife rewards you handsomely for building Double Platinum (or higher rank) leaders in your Enrollment Organization – through as many as eight (8) generations.

A generations begins with a Star300 and ends with a Double Platinum (or higher rank), regardless of depth. This means a generation can include the sales volume of an entire Enrollment Leg that begins with a Double Platinum (or higher rank) that does not include another Double Platinum (or higher rank).

The amount paid is based on a floating percentage of BV remaining after payment of the RB∞ and the Global Leadership Fund (GLF4) described later.

ActiveAn affiliate is considered Active when they have accumulated 50PV during a rolling 4-week period.

Binary TreeThe two-legged binary organization that forms the foundation of the GanoLife compensation structure. Also known as the Placement Tree.

Placement TreeWhen a new Affiliate joins GanoLife, they are placed in one of the two legs of the Binary structure – often referred to as the Power Leg and the Pay Leg. More generically they are referred to as the Left Team and Right Team. As an Affiliate builds their own Binary structure, they become eligible to generate Team Bonuses from the smaller of their two teams or their Pay Leg.

Business Center – BC1-4

Each GanoLife Affiliate has the opportunity to open as many as four (4) Affiliate positions or Business Centers to further expand their business and maximize their earnings. A second Business center becomes optional once they achieve Triple Diamond, the third becomes optional when they achieve Crown and the fourth becomes optional when they achieve Double Crown.

Carryover BVTo calculate Bonuses, GanoLife subtracts the BV generated by the Pay Leg from the BV Generated by the Power Leg (including any Carryover BV). The difference (Carryover BV) is added back into the Power Leg once weekly Bonuses are calculated. Unused Carryover BV accumulates for 12 months maximum.

Direct Bonus – DB1-3

The Bonus earned by an Enroller when his/her new Direct (personally enrolled) Affiliate chooses to initiate their business with an X-Pack1-3.

EnrollerAn Affiliate who directly enrolls another Affiliate in GanoLife is known as the Enroller. The Enroller is responsible for the supervision and development of those Affiliates he/she enrolls.

Enrollment TreeSimilar to a family tree, the Enrollment Tree connects you to the people who join GanoLife before you and are responsible for your enrollment and to the people who enrolled them. At the same time it connects you to the people you are responsible for enrolling and to the people they enroll.

Fast Start Binary – FSB6

A special bonus (10%, 12%, 15% or 20%) paid to a new Affiliate’s Enroller during the new Affiliate’s first six weeks in GanoLife™ – depending on the X-Pack1-3 (or other option) selected by the Enroller to initiate his/her business.

FSB Qualification Status –FSBQS1-3

The FSB percentage associated with the X-Pack1-3 acquired (12%, 15% or 20%) or the FSB percentage associated with other enrollment options..

Global Leadership Fund – GLF4

GanoLife sets aside 4% of the Bonus Volume (BV) associated with global revenues and divides it pro rata amongst all qualified Triple Diamonds (and higher ranking Affiliates) in accordance with the number of Enrollment Tree Legs they develop that includes at least one Diamond or higher ranking Affiliate. One share is earned on only the first Diamond or higher ranking Affiliate per Enrollment Tree Leg.

Group Bonus Volume (GBV)The BV associated with purchases made by your Pay Leg.

L.E.A.P. ™ (Leaders Emerging and Prospering)Acronyms used by GanoLife to identify our blend of two proven marketing channels – traditional merchandising and MLM – through the use of sales kiosks. For many, L.E.A.P. is GanoLife’s most distinguishing advantage.

Master Bonus – MB8

Earned once an Affiliate achieves the rank of Diamond or higher, by helping Affiliates in his/her Enrollment Tree to achieve the rank of Double Platinum or higher rank (through as many as 8 Generations). A Generation starts with a Star 300 and ends with a Double Platinum or higher rank. Once the RB∞ and the FSB6 have been paid, all remaining funds are pooled together to calculate a pro rata share per qualifying Generation. GanoLife™ uses this bonus to ensure a full 50% pay out of the BV generated companywide.

Pay LegThe Binary Leg with the least BV (including any Carryover BV) generated during any given weekly pay period.

Personal Volume (PV)The sales volume associated with any personal purchases (including Customer and Preferred Customer purchases).

Placement Enrollers may place the Affiliates they enroll wherever they believe will be of greatest strategic benefit in their Binary Tree.

Power LegThe Binary Leg with the most BV (including any Carryover BV) generated during any given weekly pay period.

QualifiedYou are Qualified to earn Bonuses when you have a Direct Affiliate in each Leg (Right and Left) of your Binary Tree who are Active because they are generating a minimum of 50 PV during a given rolling 4-week Qualification Period.

Qualifying PurchaseThe PV (50 or 100) required by Rank to remain Active during a rolling 4-week period.

Qualification PeriodThe rolling 4-week period used to determine whether an Affiliate has generated a minimum of 50 PV required to be considered Active and eligible to earn Bonuses.

RankAn achievement benchmark established by GanoLife used for recognition purposes and compensation purposes. For recognition purposes, GanoLife uses the highest Rank ever achieved. For compensation purposes, GanoLife uses actual requirements established for each rolling 4-week period.

Residual Binary - RB∞

Active and Qualified Affiliates earn this bonus based on the total Bonus Volume (BV) generated by the Affiliates on their Pay Leg of their Binary Tree who have been with GanoLife™ for more than six weeks. X-Pack1-3

Promotional packs developed by GanoLife that generate Direct Bonuses and establish the initial FSB1-3 Qualification Status.
