GALISON COLLECTION!

Our Fall 16 Collection represents a whole new

direction for Galison. We have expanded our product

range significantly—adding gift items such as

porcelain trays, coasters, tea towels and calendars.

We are now able to tell even more exciting and complete

product stories as we collaborate with contemporary

artists, such as Natalie Stopka, KT Smail, LadyFingers

Letterpress, and Elizabeth Grubaugh as well as our

continuing partnerships with Alice Scott and Lorena

Siminovich. Their designs—marbling, oral portraits,

handlettered, and vintage—are fresh, on trend and we

think will be bestsellers for you.

We are also excited to announce new additions to

our fine art s collection as we feature the art of

Pierre Bonnard and Andy Warhol. The Warhol Time

Capsule and Camouage patterned mugs are not to be

missed. Lastly, through our continued partnership with

the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation and Cooper Hewitt

Design Museum, we have created Constructibles, which are 3-D building sets that illustrate the intricate

and vibrant patterns of each organization.

Natalie Stopka is a book and textile artist who specializes in marbling, the centuries-old craft of making monoprints on paper or fabric using oating pigments. With a strong focus

and craftsmanship, she explores color and form through extemporaneous pattern-making. Natalie divides her time between the Shawangunks (in New York State) where she forages natural dyes and creates studio work, and Manhattan, where she consults on special projects and teaches at the Textile Arts Center and Center for Book Arts.
