SCOPE: COSPAS-SARSAT PLB to meet use case of Man Over Board (MOB) with the capability to broadcast a distress situation with a full integrated device in Life Preserver and Life Raft
including the following distress MODE functions:
- Provide distress emergency signal for MEOSAR
- Provide on-scene signal (121.5MHz)
- Provide, thanks to the GALILEO Return Link Service, indication to the survivor the acknowledgment of SAR alert
