The hydraulic valves of the H603D series ... also known as base valves, are the foundational components used for the construction of various types of valves. With these valves, which are mainly used in agriculture and various industrial processes, we avoid storing valves with different final configurations.

Electric valves, control valves, valves, sustaining valves, regulating sustaining valves, pressure relief valves, level control valves, etc.. are based on a hydraulic valve base that is then configured as needed.On demand, 630 HD valves can also be configured INom the factory, thus offering the convenience of having a finished product. Another option is to opt for the configuration at the worksite.

Thus, GALARZA offers a wide range of components for both hydraulic control and command, thus making it easier to compose the valve you need. The materials and high quality components used to manufacture these valves result in a reliable end product and a higher tolerance to chemicals. Therefore, they are more resistant to corrosion than the hydraulic valves of cast iron.

Hidraulic ValveClosing problems in the absence of pressure?

Membrane or diaphragm valves that are manufactured and marketed by different manufacturers on the market present problems in closing completely when the pressure falls below the range of work for which it was designed.

This problem occurs because the design of these valves requires a minimum pressure in the upper chamber to exert the necessary force on the closure disc.

GALARZA offers a solution to this problem by adding the ... DM 630HD series to its portfolio. With these valves complete closure is achieved in the total absence of pressure.

Indicated for pivots and / or hydraulic pressurized installations with pumping systems in which, once the operating cycle finishes, the pumps are disconnected and the installation completely loses pressure.

Valve

These valves are prepared for mounting vertically in huts, headers or manifolds in which the direction of the fluid has to be downward. This requires mounting the electro-valves with the solenoid downward, impeding venting of the air in the upper chamber and creating a pneumatic buffer that produces annoying noise and vibration that INequently result later in malfunctioning and undesirable consequences. The valves in this family work properly in these positions, automatically venting the air that accumulates in the upper chamber.

Normally Open Valve (N.O)

This valve is characterized by its reversed opening and closing operation. Normally a valve in the idle state is closed and when we excite the coil (solenoid) it opens. In the case of the N.O. valve when it is at rest the valve is open and when the coil is excited it closes.

This valve type is suitable for installations that require closing the hydraulic circuit with an electrical signal. The hydraulic performance of this valve family is homologous to the rest of the 620 family. The valve consists of a hydraulic valve + 3-way configurable (NO-NC) solenoid.

The float or indicating bolt is made from AISI 316 or AISI 304 stainless steel (depending on the model).

Its geometry is the outcome of a meticulous study that, as a result, can offer hydrodynamic behavior of excellent stability, in order to provide the unit with a high degree of precision.

This material is characterized by providing a medium/high tolerance to chemicals or corrosive agents, coupled with a high resistance to mechani-cal traction, thus making this product particularly suitable for agricultural facilities by combining reliability and lower cost.

This material has a high tolerance to chemicals or corrosives. Thanks to their high thermal threshold strain (liquids up to 90 ºC) and UV sunlight protection, these units are especially suitable to measure equipment intended for agricultural facilities with high concentrations of circulating hot water, water recycling plants, water treatment plants, desalination and water treatment processes in general.

The connectors or coupling elements are fabricated by high-pressure injection and molded in P.V.C. in order to offer high tolerance to chemical products. Their design allows the ensuing operations of cleaning or maintenance to be carried out easily, with no need to carry out modifications in the installation, since removable couplings that employ free-threaded connectors are included.

Both the (GRA... M) model and the (GRA... P) model can be delivered with connectors, or couplings for gluing DN20, with ½" female thread, or with ½" male thread, depending on the model. The (GRA... M) and (GRA... P) flowmeters cover a complete range of possibilities insofar as calibration ranges are concerned. Taking marketdemands as a reference, these units have been calibrated and separated into five basic scales of measurement:

GR ... �owmeters are manufactured with top quality. The most critical component is the tube �owmeters body meter or metric.

This body is molded in polycarbonate in GR...M models and the GR…P model in Polysulfone. The raw materials used to manufacture metric bodies behave di�erently depending on the ranges of temperature and pressure they have to operate in. Both models GR...M and GR...P are calibrated and tested at 20_ºC, and considering that the �owmeters are PN10, di�erent graphs will emerge depending on the material.

The graphs show an inversely proportional evolution, since the higher the temperature of the �uid, the lower the pressure at which we work. Check these reference graphs and ensure that the maximum parameters are not exceeded, since we cannot guarantee the correct functioning of the set, nor its physical integrity if it exceeds the parameters.
