CN and the Port of Halifax are proud to welcome the G6 Alliance to their first port of call in North America.

The OOCL Oakland docked at Fairview Cove terminal on the morning of June 17th.

The new AZX service of the G6 has made it’s first call on the North American east coast in Halifax on Monday June 17th. This new call will allow importers from Canada, Michigan and the US Midwest to have fast access to cargo originating from South East Asia, as the Port of Halifax has the shortest sailing route on the East Coast from South East Asia.

NYK – OOCL – Hapag Lloyd – Hyundai – APL – MOL, will also have the opportunity to move import and export reefers to and from Eastern Canada and the US Midwest.
