instance, written test is the objective

Make sure the chairs and tables in goodcondition and suitable for students ages.
Avoid using classes that is nearer to noisyarea or area which can attract studentsattention.
Teacher should make sure fan and lightingfunction well and good ventilation.

ALLOW THE STUDENTS TO ENTER THE EXAMINATION HALLEARLIER.
Write the subject and time allocated for
the test on the whiteboard.
Prepare wall clock and place it at thecorner that students can see.

Students are not allowed to leave theclassroom 30 minutes before examinationstart/end.

CHECK THE STUDENTS ATTENDANCE DURING THEEXAMINATION.
Teacher should always invigilating students
while they are doing their exam Teacher should remind the students how many
minutes left (at least 15minutes) before the
exam ended. Ask students to stop writing when the exam
ended.
Ask students to keep quiet and sit at their placeuntil all the answer scripts are collected.
teacher should calculate the number of scriptscollected before students are allowed to
dismiss.

THE MANAGEMENT OF TEST AND EXAMINATION SHOULDGIVE EFFECTS TO THE STUDENTS.
A good management will emphasize on
the importance of the examination to thestudents and give a serious perceptiontowards the activity so that students will
be more responsible towards theassessment.
Students will be more trustful towards
their teachers and school system if thetest and examination management arecarried out with correct procedures.

Positive behaviour of the students will effecttheir behaviour in the classroom.
Students will tend to give cooperation if they
respect the organization they belongs to.
These behaviour will lead to good socio-
emotional in the classroom.

AFTER THE EXAMINATION
Collect and count the answer sheets.
Tied it properly.
Bring the answer sheets to the staff room. Make sure do not ask the students to bring
the answer sheets to the staff room.
