Enterprise Service Requests
• IT Coordinator submits service request (ESR) through Remedy on Demand
(RoD)
• Request is tasked out into different categories:
• Software/Licensing
• Hardware
• Software/Licensing reviews to see if DoIT has the requested software/licensing.
If they do, the software/license keys are assigned to the requestor.
• Hardware is reviewed by our End User Computing (EUC) group and a review is
done to see if we have the hardware in stock. If we do, the hardware is tagged
and deployed to the requesting agency.
