Means to shift from employee to entrepreneur: Incentive employees for entrepreneurship in large
companies
Enhance culture to tolerance of risk and failure, mainly in Mediterranean countries
Transmit positive image of entrepreneurship: visible success, community engagement, network effect
Culture should start at school and up to University and research centres: entrepreneurship programs
Encourage entrepreneurs to try again and again and again
