Futura recognise the need for permanent members of staff for the continuity of the workforce. With a broad range of applicants and expertise we can offer a robust service to suit any requirement.

Contract

As an established contract recruitment agency, Futura have over 25 years of experience supplying the best agency staff to OEM clients worldwide, specialising in automotive design and engineering.

Available positions are received from client communication and regular visits to plan resource requirements.

Targeted recruitment drive from our internal database and social media plat-forms, obtain client recommendations and scout global Universities.

Following obtaining a long list of applicants, the CVs and portfolios are reviewed to a short list, which is then carefully vetted and prepared by the recruitment

team.

Applicants are provided feedback and if successful the necessary paperwork is created and sent on the same day to ensure there are no delays.

Necessary offers are produced and sent to the client as required and regular checkups are made.
