Your obligations as a DCA funding recipient

Recipients of funding through a DCA-administered funding scheme are contractually obliged to acknowledge the support of the Western Australian State Government by including an acknowledgement statement and/or relevant State Government logos in all Marketing and Communications materials created under, or in connection with their funding agreement.

For the purposes of this policy and related funding agreements, Marketing and Communications Materials means, but is not limited to, media statements, corporate and promotional publications, signage, event launches, speeches, presentation materials, web pages and other digital content.

This policy outlines acknowledgment requirements based on the type, source and combination of State Government funding received. Click on one of the links to the right for instructions on how to access and apply logos and acknowledgement statements correctly.
