Change Fund Centre FMSB Definition:- This transaction can be used for making changes in the existing Fund center master data records. The following data cannot be changed in the master record of a funds center:

o Alphanumeric code (name of the funds center)

o FM area assignment You can only make a change to this data by deleting the funds center and creating it again. Prerequisite:- Fund Centre must be existing in the system. Menu Path:- Accounting -> Public Sector Management -> Funds Management -> Master data -> Fund Center -> Individual Processing -> Change Transaction Code: FMSB Double Click FMSB

Enter FM area and Click

Note: You only need to enter the FM area when you call up the transaction for the first time. The next time you call it up, the FM area you selected is automatically defaulted. (To change the FM area, choose .)

Enter Fund Center no. on initial screen 30011 here as example

Click Fund Center Master data is displayed as shown in screen below:

Here we are changing Description as Admin East USA

Click on Click after making necessary changes System returns with message at the bottom of rhe screen as below:

Result: Fund Center Data is changed successfully.
