P R E S E N TExie met Takaki Kawahara wh n she f i r s t came to Japanand he was a student at Osaka Bible Seminary. After he

graduated he became a p a r t of her radio s t a f f and workedwith her in a preaching ministry in Kobe Japan. Exie taughtEnglish Bible and Mr Kawahara held Japanese services.In the picture above Mr Kawahara bap tized the three Japanesem n who were also studying in the English Bible class taughtby Exie. h n Exie went to Tokyo to study and work there.Brother Kawahara worked w ith B ro th er Claude L i k i n s . E x i e sr e t u r n t o Awaji brought her again i n t o a C h r i s t i a n workr e l a t i o n s h i p with Brother Kawahara. He i s t h e Preacherof the Kariya Church where Exie i s a member.
