UltraFENCE

Using our unique cold roll forming expertise, UltraFENCE is the first complete,fully engineered, cold rolled palisade fencing system where every componenthas been specifically designed to optimise strength to weight ratio.

This means it is lighter and stronger thanconventional palisade fencing systems.

This weight advantage means easy handlingfor trouble-free installation, while the overallsystem delivers an attractive, robust perimeterfencing solution.

UltraFENCE is made up of three individualcomponents. These parts are UltraPALE™,UltraRAIL and UltraPOST.

UltraPOST

UltraPOST is a technological breakthrough in post design which has again resulted in a unique lightweight product that has comparable performance characteristics to the 102x44 and 100x50 hot rolled products used in traditional palisade systems.

HeightFencing is supplied in a standard range of1.8m, 2.0m, 2.1m, 2.4m and 3.0m heights.

In addition non standard fence configurationscan be manufactured for specific requirements.

UltraPOST’s aesthetic design maintains theappearance of traditional RSJ posts butoffers many advantages.

UltraPALE™

Designed with the optimum efficiency of material in mind, UltraPALE™ incorporates our unique patented bolt head protection which eliminates the opportunity to breach the fence by removing the heads of the fixing bolts with a chisel.

The edges of the profile are finished with a neatreturn edge that provides further strength andsafety along the edges of the pale making itideal for use around schools.

UltraRAIL is a unique lightweight palisade rail that is both stronger and lighterthan 90 degree hot rolled angles used in traditional palisade systems.

The aesthetic design and strength of UltraRAILoffers many advantages:

UltraSECURE

UltraSECURE is the first fencing systemof its kind. The system features uniquesteel infills fixed in-between each paleproviding an extremely strong andsecure perimeter.

The system is available in two forms, solid forapplications requiring total privacy or perforatedwhere good surveillance of the premisesis required.

The patented design of the UltraSECUREfencing system offers heightened levelsof defence against the four mostcommon breaches.

In addition to being light in weight and easy tofix, UltraSECURE incorporates a unique slotfixing that has been designed to provide a rakinginstallation that conventional mesh fencingsystems find difficult to achieve thereforeeliminating the need for stepping ofindividual bays.

Perforated infill panels are supplied inpolyester powder coated only.

Solid infill panels can be supplied in eitherpolyester powder coated or galvanised.
