- Read through the fitting instructions before installation of accessory.

- Always install the Roll Я Cover Wiring Kit following the workshop manual and instructions provided. Failure to do so may cause damage to the vehicle or the accessory.

- Ensure all recyclable components and packaging are discarded and recycled following local recyclingregulations.

- It is always recommended that the is fitted by a qualified automotive technician.

- Safely store and protect any removed vehicle components.

Step 1

Unpack your full rack.

Step 2

Notice the holes on the steel marked LR stands for the ladder rack. Use a 11mm drill to drill the relevant holes which the ladder rack cups would sit over. Repeat on all 4 points.


Step 3

Stick the gasket tape provided and cut around the holes as shown.

Step 4

Carefully mount the cups as shown using bolt, washer and nut.


Step 5

Carefully mount each of the 4 feet points.

Step 6

Carefully lift your roller cover unit on the car and follow roller cover fitting instructions

Step 7

Using M8 Bolt, washers and nut provided, secure the side rail of the Roll R Cover to the inner lip of the tub on all six points. Clamps are to remain.

Step 8

Place your rear legs in the cups on all 4 points, however, do not tighten.


Roll R Cover side rails will need securing to the tub for extra strength.

Mount the reciever

Step 9

Assemble M10 and channel nut as shown and place the cross bar on the legs.

Step 10

Measure the difference in height and cut off from the bottom of the legs where needed.


Step 11

Insert and mount the 4 pegs in the corners of the cross bars as shown.

Step 12

Mount your 4 eye bolts as shown using unistrut channel nut.


Step 13

Clean and stick your cross bar rubbers as shown. You may heat them up for ease of fitting.

Step 14

Cut to size and insert cross bar rubbers in place


Step 15

Carefully tie black handle and bolt as shown.

Step 16

Installed full rack

ImportantYou may open tailgate when Roll R Cover is in closed position, however you MUST NOT close the tailgate when Roll R Cover curtain is in the fully closed position.
