Welcome to FLII FIFTH ANNIVERSARY. Thank you for joining this edition, where we will participate in three days of impact, deep conversations, interactive pan-els and inspiring presentations. We hope to generate enlightening experiences during these three days.
For the last 5 years, we are committed to create a place where the greatest im-pact investment interaction is encouraged, as well as social and environmental entrepreneurship in Latin America. Looking back, we have focused on incor-porating large elements to inspire our community, such as key speakers, trend topics and successful cases.

AFLUENTA
Afluenta offers financial inclusion and credit services to people at the Base of the Pyramid. Its main goal is to humanize and facilitate access to credit and investment to people at the Base of the Pyramid. It achieves this by connecting people seeking credit options with those that have the possibility to finance them with a lower interest rate than traditional commercial banks options. This Argentinian enterprise has supported more than 800 families to date.

CAMPOALTO
Campoalto is a Colombian enterprise that seeks to inspire people to improve their quality of life through access to education and employment opportunities. It offers 14 technical training courses focused on development capabilities for people at the Base of the Pyramid. Since its establishment in 1996, Campoalto has certified more than 23,000 people.

D&E GREEN ENTERPRISES
D&E Green Enterprises seeks to break the cycle of energy poverty by special-izing in the manufacturing and distribution of low-cost, high-efficient energy technologies for people living in the developing world. They produce portable and clean cookstoves that allow users to save up to 50% of the cost of cooking fuel, improve their health conditions and have a favorable effect on the overall environment. These are distributed through a well-trained network of communi-ty independent distributors, which in addition have access to health insurance, education grants and micro-credit products to finance their own projects.

ECOFILTRO
Ecofiltro produces and distributes water filters for rural communities in Guatemala. Its innovative distribution model integrates and employs people at the Base of the Pyramid, turning them into company representatives in each community. These representatives monitor the water filter beneficiaries while training and raising the awareness of these low-income families. Ecofiltro has positively influenced the health and welfare of more than 130,000 rural families, which previously lived without access to clean water.

INCLÚYEME
Inclúyeme is an employment platform focused on labor inclusion of disabled people and the dissemination of corporate social responsibility best prac-tices. It has managed to reduce the disabled-unemployment rate in Latin America. Additionally, it seeks to influence and change the way companies perform their recruitment processes making them more diverse and inclu-sive. Inclúyeme was founded in Argentina and has expanded to Chile and Venezuela, currently supporting more than 5,000 people.

KIWA
Kiwa is an enterprise dedicated to the production of 100% natural vegetable snacks, produced by small farmers in the Andes region of Ecuador. Since 2008, it has connected more than 120 small producers to global markets, reducing by 60% the presence of intermediaries and generating an income increase for these producers by 50%. Kiwa also supports farmers by pro-viding free seeds, training, and technical assistance. The company activities contribute to the social, economic and environmental development of the communities they support.

PACE MD
PACE MD is a Mexican company specialized in medical attention and health care services. It provides workshops and systems for health providers fo-cused on emergency responses. Today the company has more than 14 courses certified by international institutions. Since 2006, PACE has man-aged to train more than 18,000 health care providers, providing job oppor-tunities for students, expanding their scope, reducing costs and increasing efficiency in the provision of better health services in Mexico and Panama.
