The properties of the fabric are breathable, soft, light, chemical resistant, nontoxic and environment friendly. Fabric Production Factory:There are more than 80 workers in our factory and we have 4 nonwoven productions lines. Two production lines of 240cm width, one line of 200cm width and the other one is 160cm width.

We can produce a variety of color and weight nonwoven fabrics. The production capacity of the 4 lines is 600 Tons per month. We can make the fabric rolled on tubes–big rolls and mini rolls. Also can make the folded fabric then packed into print-ed bags or bags with printed paper and hook.

Finishing of Products:Our workshop can make the finished non-woven items.

We have 4 lines of ultrasonic wave machine. They can be used instead of the sewing machine to stitch. Waterproof effect can be further processed. So that no leakage.

PP Spun-bond Non-woven Fabric 15 gm to 150 gm is a Non-woven Fabric that is a fabric-like material made from long fibers, bonded together by chemical, me-chanical, heat or solvent treatment. PP Spun-bond Non-woven Fabric involves a continuous process, which convert thermoplastic raw material (polypropylene) into a web composed of continuous filament. It is highly versatile and meets the needs of diverse range of products, and is fast replacing traditional fabrics. Spun-bond is safe, reliable, convenient and comfortable to use. It is highly versa-tile and meets the need of diverse range of products like medical, hygienic and industrial market application. Fabrics for Agricultural

Agri Fabrics are best quality Non-woven Fabrics, which are made from polypro-pylene. This Agricultural Fabrics is obtained by spinning the material into fine filaments and bonding them by heat without use of any binders. This is an eco-nomical and environment friendly polymer. Moreover, this is a modern textile which is neither a film or a conventional textile.

Agricultural Fabrics are Non-woven Agri Fabrics made from polypropylene an economical and environment friendly polymer by spinning the material into fine filaments and bonding them by heat without use of any binders. It has specialized UV absorbent incorporated in it which ensures protection against the sun’s rays.

Non-woven Agri Fabrics create a micro-climate providing uniform ventilation thereby encouraging early growth and development of the plant and/or crop with the valuable end result of both improvement in quality and yield. They pro-tects the plant from cold and frost. Up-to 5 degrees C some circulating moisture is trapped by it and in the event of a frost this film freezes providing the plant with natural frost protection.
