Change to Access Control Point (ACP) Operations:
To help alleviate traffic congestion caused by the construction on NYS
Route 11, DES will extend the hours at 45th Infantry ACP.
The current hours are 0600-0800, closed weekends, holidays and DONSAs.
The new hours are 0600-1900, closed weekends, holidays and DONSAs.
This ACP is open for personnel with a DoD ID card, government vehicles
and school buses only.
Visitors, contractors (to include those with RAPID Gate) commercial vehi-
cles, and those personnel who do not have their DoD ID Card in their pos-
session are not allowed to access the installation using this gate.
These new hours will begin on 7 November and will remain open until further
notice.

at 2 a.m. (your local time), so treat yourself to
an extra hour of sleep after turning back the
clocks Saturday night.
