Ingredients2 crabs3 cloves of garlic8 dried red chiliesAn onion 1 tablespoon of soybean sauce1 tablespoon sugarA pinch of salt2 tablespoon tamarind juice1 inch fresh ginger2 tablespoon cooking oil

Recipe

1. Chop the garlics and blend dried red chilies.

2. Slice the onion.

3. Heat the cooking oil in the cooking pan.

4. First, fry chopped garlic and ginger.

5. When they are cooked, put in the blended dried red chilies.

6. After 3 minutes, put in 1 tablespoon of soybean sauce, 2 tablespoon tamarind juice.

7. Put 1 tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of salt.

8. Now, you can serve it with hot white rice.

Ingredients1 medium sized fish3 stalks onion – thinly sliced2 inch fresh ginger – thinly sliced3 cloves of garlic – chopped1 red chili – thinly sliced3 tablespoon soy sauce4 tablespoon of lime juiceHalf tablespoon sugarHalf teaspoon of salt2 cups of water

Recipe

1. Clean the fish.

2. Fill up the wok with 2 cups of water.

3. Put in the fish together with the onions, fresh ginger, garlic, red chili, soy sauce, lime juice.

4. Let all the ingredients boil for about 10 minutes.

5. After that, put half tablespoon sugar and half teaspoon of salt.

6. Leave it for 1 minute and it is now ready to serve.

Half cup of coconut milk

2 tablespoon of chili paste

A lemongrass

1 tablespoon of tamarind juice

2 tablespoon of cooking oil

Sugar

Recipe

1. Heat cooking oil in the pot.

2. Put in blended onion and garlic. Fry it together with lemongrass.

3. Put curry powder and chili paste. Fry it before put in tamarind juice.

4. After 3 minutes, put in coconut milk and squid.

5. Leave it to cook in 4 minutes.

6. Put in some salt and sugar.

7. Serve it.
