Out of The Blues is the final installment of his album trilogy that began in 2013 with Memphis. Scaggs launched his solo career with 1968’s seminal Boz Scaggs LP, recorded in Muscle Shoals, AL for Atlantic Records. Scaggs continued to mine a personalized mix of rock, blues and R&B influences, along with a signature style of ballads on influential ‘70s albums. He’s performed around the globe solo and with the likes of Michael McDonald, Duane Allman, Donald Fagan and Bonnie Raitt.

The show includes songs from every group that Hillman has been in, spanning a six-decade career.
