Talk about a winter for the record books! All of us at Freyburn are very excited to welcome you to the 2016 edition of the Freyburn Family Tradition Bull & female Sale. There are a lot of changes with this year’s sale but the one thing that hasn’t changed is the top notch quality of the cattle in the sale.

With the new sale date we have some personnel changes. We are very excited about the addition of Ben Wright and Kris Peterson as Ringmen. Brad Christensen is taking on the role of Sales Consultant. If any of these three gentlemen can be of assistance to you, don’t hesitate to call them. They are very eager and willing to help and aid you in your purchases.

We would like to thank Doug Howe for all his years of service helping us at Freyburn and wish him luck with his horse racing this year.

The video sale and internet bidding is back again this year. All bulls are available for viewing right up to and during the sale. If you wish to check out the videos of the bulls you can find them on the internet at www.freyburnangus.com. If you are unable to make it sale day you can either bid through one of the sales staff or you can bid online at www.dvauction.com.

We have selected 51 high quality yearling bulls and 10 fancy yearling heifers for this year’s sale. The bulls have been wintered on 80 acres again this winter, walking into the yard for water. With the nice weather this year these bulls have put on a lot of miles. They have been brought along slowly on a high roughage ration to develop and promote growth and longevity. The bulls have all been vaccinated and ivomec’d. The heifers are vet inspected and guaranteed breeders.

If your Freyburn bull should fail to be a satisfactory breeder, he will be replaced with a bull of equal value, or a credit will be issued towards the purchase of another Freyburn Angus Farms bull. Should you have a problem with one of our bulls please notify us immediately. Freyburn will not provide replacement or credit for physical injury or mismanagement. Therefore we stress the importance of insurance on your bull. An insurance agent will be available on sale day.
