The Certificate of Mission is a professional, practicaland formational training program for called servantsof God. In order to receive a Certificate of Missiona completion of 15 units is required. The coursesrequired for certificate completion are BiblicalSurvey, History of Religions, Biblical Theology ofMission, Spiritual Formation and Hermeneutics.These core courses help a ministry leader tacklecultural issues while developing a Christiansensitivity and mind-set to the Mission of the Church.

Biblical Survey – 3 units = 30hours of instruction

History of Religions – 3 units = 30hours of instruction

Biblical Theologyof Mission – 3 units = 30

hours of instruction

Spiritual Formation – 3 units = 30hours of instruction

Hermeneutics – 3 units = 30hours of instruction

Diplomas

Certificates are given at Graduation during theFresno School of Mission Festival in May.

Diplomas are given in Christian Counseling,Biblical Theology & Mission and are designed tooffer training to those called into full-time ministrywho normally have rich life and career experiencebut lack training. Its goal is to prepare students forChristian ministries or other related fields ofservice. To receive a Diploma you must completeall of the core courses and complete 15 units ofadditional courses in the desired field.
