High quality and safe fresh food distribution demand the integration of speed and temperature. It is relatively easy to speed up, but to keep the temperature consistent poses a major challenge. The innovative application of information monitoring technology in cold chain makes it plausible to implement whole-journey cold chain transportation through real time monitoring.

2016 Review: Exhibitors

Jiangsu Province Dining Profession Association launched fresh and processed food exhibition pavilion together with fresh logistics Asia to building a resource integration platform of manufacturing enterprises, central kitchens, raw material suppliers and equipment suppliers. Meanwhile, “China Refrigeration Equipment Industry Base” Minquan County came to exhibit in groups again and gave high evaluation to the show.
