The Association

history: After the first oil shock, the question of the independence of mobility to fossil was raised for the first time. the European commission has, to this end, pulsed in 1978 the creation of Avere Europe and a national section Avere-france, professional association for the development of electro mobility

Missions: its mission is to foster and promote the acquisition and use of electric and hybrid vehicles, in stimulating and accompanying the deployment of electric mobility with local communities and businesses. Pole information and exchanges of expertise, it brings together the different players in the sector of electric and hybrid vehicles, industrial, commercial, institutional and associative areas. develop the network of associations regional Avere-france with as a aims to organise joint actions as well as to pool the experience feedback and good practices to bring the electro-mobility in the territories.

• The electric car is today very sensible to incentives and advantages during ramp up (2010-2020).

• Take in count the ITS development on standard cars, the EV must use the same solution for exchange information and billing.

• Define a realistic road-map on EV and gasoline cars to regard

communication infrastructures.
