Starting position Interoptika was occupied by
raiders An owner of one third was blocked out
from the management He was fired from the position of a
general director by his former companion
He was physically kept out of the office and the shop
He couldn’t get proper attention from the legal system
The aim was to stop raiders
PR goal – to attract attention of the government to the problem
Measures taken I organized press relations ad-
hoc I found the person to represent the
defrauded owner in press relations Elaborated the strategy of PR activities Helped with compilation of contextual
press-kit Instructed the ad-hoc representative on
all questions about media relations and comments
Result – the defrauded owner got access to business
Publications: 7 articles in business media encl . 2 mentions in same articles as Dmitry Medvedev in Vedomosti

Starting position The agreement between
Nescafe & IMAX came to the end
The current management were not able to find a new title sponsor
There was no understanding or description of sponsorship package
Aim – to find a title sponsor for IMAX
PR goal – to show the opportunities of a title sponsorship to potential sponsors
Measures taken I formulated and formalized a
title sponsorship package Estimated advertising capacity of
the package Arranged a professional shooting of
places and surfaces Made presentations for selected
companies Gave a negative feed-back to IMAX
in the context of the price
Result – new management of IMAX decided to stay without any title sponsor

Starting position Lena Ernandes searched for
enlarging her clients list Had no strategy of self promoting Had very poor budget for PR or
advertising activities
Aim – to enlarge clients list
PR goals – to spread the information about the studio among the target audience
Measures taken I started personal accounts for
her in most popular social networks and blogs platforms and arranged automatic transmission of information where possible
Taught her how to use it and instructed her about her paramount objectives in adding friends and writing in communities
Helped her with announcements and flyers
Results - within 2 months of activities her groups were full of newly recruited

Staring Position Publishing of the magazine “Soft
Gold” was going to cease because of the lack of subscribers and advertisers
Aim – to reposition the Publishing House as the most effective tool for furriers to get useful professional information and contacts and to present themselves
PR goal (my part)– to attract furriers’ attention to the editorial expedition from Vladivostok to Moscow
Measures Taken I wrote all texts for different
formats of announcements of the expedition: direct mails, official invitations, internet announcements, posters, flyers ect.
Prepared a sponsorship offer Drafted a plan of a lecture on PR

Result – expedition took place in curtailed format when I lost the interest in the project
