Free Next Day Delivery

1. Free Next Day Delivery means that your order will be delivered by midday on the next workingday provided your order is placed before 12pm on the day it is ordered (Monday to Thursday).Orders taken after 12pm Monday to Thursday or at any time on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays orpublic holidays will be delivered on the second next working day. Deliveries will not be made onSaturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

2. Free Next day Delivery is available for online and call centre orders placed from 31st January2011 until 27th of February 2011 for delivery in Sony Centre catchment areas in the mainland UKonly.

3. DPD is the preferred delivery service provider for Next Day Delivery. Please visit www.dpd.co.ukfor further terms and conditions specific to deliveries by this supplier.

4. Excluded ProductsFree Next Day Delivery is not available on the following products,•All TV’s 46” and above•The following Home Theatre & Speaker Systems:-BDVIT1000-DAVDZ860W-RHTG500-RHTG900-RHTG950

5. Free Next Day Delivery does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused byevents beyond Sony or the Sony Centre operator’s control.

6. Sony reserves the right to change or discontinue Free Next Day Delivery at its discretion.

7. All online and call centre orders are subject to a fraud check.

8. If the weight of an order exceeds 27.2 kilos Free Next Day Delivery will not be available.

9. Only models in stock in our National Distribution Centre are eligible for Free Next Day Deliveryand this option will be offered in the checkout.

10. Free Next Day Delivery is only available for orders that exclude installation.
