Free DACA Renewal Clinics

1. Copy of your previous DACA application that was submitted to USCIS including all 3 forms.

2. Copy of your Employment Authorization Document (Front and Back)

3. Copy of your I-821D and I-765 approval notices (if you have them)

4. Optional: Forms I-821D, I-765, and I-765 WS filled out to the best of your ability. You can find the forms here: http://www.uscis.gov/i-821d

5. Two passport style pictures size 2 inches by 2 inches.

6. The application fee is $495 dollars. Application fee can be paid via check or money order to the Department of Homeland Security.

Please call 1 (855) 313-7326 to schedule an appointment if you have received DACA status and continue to be eligible.

If you previously received DACA and your DACA expired on or after Sept. 5, 2016, you may still file your DACA request as a renewal request. If your DACA expired before Sept. 5, 2016, you must file a new initial DACA request and submit all of your documentation again including proof of continuous presence in the U.S. since June 15, 2007 to today.

Due to capacity, we are prioritizing DACA recipients whose work permits have already expired or will expire before June 25, 2018.

Northwest Immigrant Rights Project (NWIRP) is a nationally-recognized legal services organization founded in 1984. Each year, we provide direct legal assistance in immigration matters to over 10,000 people.

We strive to achieve systemic change to policies and practices affecting immigrants through impact litigation, public policy work, and community education.

In 1984, NWIRP began as a collaboration of attorney and human rights groups formed to provide volunteer legal services for Central American refugees fleeing civil wars.

Over thirty years later, we remain the only non-profit immigration law firm in the Pacific Northwest providing individual legal assistance to immigrants while also changing systems of injustice.
