The seven files are compressed in .rar format, which you can open with WinRar or with 7-Zip, the free program from http://www.7zip.com . This version contains a total of 217 volumes of Pali texts, with the following highlights: 1. The text of the Tipitaka authenticated in Chattha Sangayana held in Yangon (Myanmar) in the years 1954-1956 has been used. This is the most authentic text of Tipitaka, atthakathas, and Tikas available in modern times, as this was reviewed by a congregation of Bhikkhus from all over the world. 2. This is the first publication of the Pali literature, including many unavailable rare volumes, in the versatile electronic media of CD-ROM, which has following facilities: a. The text can be viewed in seven scripts: Devanagari, Roman, Myanmar, Thai, Sinhalese, Khmer, Mongol. b. There is extensive navigation facility to look at any portion of the voluminous text conveniently, and also search for any word. c. There are 217 volumes of Pali text in the CSCD. A complete list of the volumes is available in the file manual.rtf in the root directory of the CSCD disk. 3. A new facility has been provided to open any Sutta directly from the Sutta drop down list. 4. Besides the Pali-Hindi dictionary, this version has a Pali-English dictionary, to help readers all over the world understand the Pali texts. I am guessing that not many people will be interested in this, so it seems easier just to make it available through Media Fire's free file hosting than to torrent it.
