Mr. Gannon has 24 years of billboard development, sales, and operating experience within Connecticut. Beginning in 1989,Mr. Gannon worked as
a Connecticut Real Estate Representative for Gannett Outdoor for 5 years. In 1995, Mr. Gannon founded Skytime Displays, a billboard
development and management company. He was responsible for the leasing, sales and administration of the company which eventually built 32
billboard faces in the Connecticut market. After selling the assets to Rose Advertising in 1998, he accepted a position as Real Estate Manager for
PNE Media which was then acquired by Next Media. He joined AllVision LLC in 2004 as a Development Specialist and successfully built over 100
billboard faces for the company in a heavily regulated market. Mr. Gannon is one of the most successful and knowledgeable billboard developers
in the Northeast
– James E. Johnsen, Managing Member
Mr. Johnsen is a leading authority in the Out-of-Home advertising industry and a cofounder and Managing Director of Johnsen, Fretty & Company
(“JFC”), a boutique investment bank that is solely focused on the OOH industry. Since JFC’s founding in 1991, Mr. Johnsen has advised more than
250OOH transactions totaling approx. $3.0 billion of deal volume, including numerous transactions in which JFC held a principal investment. Mr.
Johnsen received his MBA from Yale University and his B. Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Brown University
– James S. Gertler, Managing Member
Mr. James S. Gertler is a private equity investor and has participated as a general partner or managing member in numerous private equity
sponsored transactions since 2001. Mr. Gertler (together with Mr. Johnsen) has developed and successfully sold billboards sites throughout
Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Vancouver, Canada. Mr. Gertler is also President and CEO of Drew Lane Capital, LLC, a private investment
fund in New York City. In addition, he serves as a board director of New York Daily News and U.S. News & World Report. Mr. Gertler received his
MBA from Harvard Business School and his B.Sc. from the Wharton School at the University in Pennsylvania

iON: PROPOSAL
• Construct a single pole billboard on Beaver Street as detailed on the site
plan included with this proposal.
• Mitigation agreement with Town of Franklin for $40,000 annually and the
use of one of the digital flips for Town events and non-commercial
advertising
• The digital displays will contain 6 advertising flips running at 10 seconds
each.
• The brightness will be automatically controlled to lighting conditions and
be consistent with existing billboards in Boston and the surrounding
communities.
• The sign will comply with all Commonwealth laws and regulations
• ION will support the operation of the sign 24 hours, 7 days per week.

• iON will dedicate one permanent flip on each of the billboards for the
exclusive use of the Town of Franklin
– Total ad flips per year for Franklin- 525,600
